SAT. 6/26/21

Hi everyone, well another hot day here in AJ. Bobbie and I decided to go to breakfast today on our Spyer. We were up at 5:30 as usual so we left at 6:30. We tried the River Bottom Grill on 79. There were a few other riders who thought of the same thing. the food was good, but more than Bobbie and I could eat. The waitress was really nice and told us next time to order the Ali-cart. We got home at 8:35. And traveled 83 miles. Got home before it reached 100.

Jay won't be riding for a couple of weeks. while Dottie Is recouping from her hip surgery.

Jim Barrington is still in Colorado. And Dennis McKinney is still in Kansas.

WED 6/16/21

Well, rider AZ weather is sure taking its toll on our rides. Jay was out with a doc appt. so couldn't ride. Jim Barrington and I were the only ones there.  So it was in the 90's at 7 AM.

so we made a short ride, We went to Tag's cafe, not many people there. We had a fast breakfast and got on our way home. It was 106% by then. Our ride was only 81.7 miles. By the time we pulled into G.V. at 9:30, it was up to 113.

Saturday's ride Is canceled. No one can ride, Jim will be in Colorado. Jay is still out of condition, with a patch on the side of his head. So no Helmet. Me I won't ride by myself. It sounds like no ride on Wed 6/23/21. Hoping Jay will be able to ride on 6/26/21, and Jim will be back by then. Hope your weather is better than ours.

Hey Paul I rode with you guys the only problem was I was 1200 miles away or I rode south on 99 took 4  over to I 35 went North  to Concordia back east towards Leavenworth south to 24 and back home 326 miles weather was getting hot here when I got home at 1:30 it was about 84°Ride safe guys see you later bye

We went back the way we came. The river was already just about full. Also, the parking lots were full. We rode 82.7 miles and got home at 9:30.

Wed ride is at 7 AM. Be at the station between 6:30 to 7 AM, so we can pick a restaurant to go to.

Sat. /6/5/21

Not much of a ride today Jay and I were the only ones there. So we left at 6:55. We were heading for Maria's #3 near Kearney, but before we got to Florence turn off, The overhead sign

was lit up ( 77 &177 was closed due to brush fires south. So Jay and I decided to go to Florence Cafe. Boy has their prices went up, drinks & coffee were both over $3.00. all foods were up a buck. But it was good. 

Then Jay took us home to Duddyvill, to Attaway. And around and around till we reach Ironwood.

We got home at 9:20, with only 75 miles ridden

Jay said He will be at the station around 6:30 to about  7:00 am Wed 6/9/21. I'll be in Laughlin until Thursday. We will ride Sat. 6/12/21 We will decide where we'll go then.
