Saturday 10/28/23

Well, Angeles, we had a little cooler weather for our ride today. We decided on Pine to the Early Bird restaurant. It was 48% when we left the station. Dennis leads with me as the tail. Mr. Max and Bryan Hogg are in the middle. It was a nice ride Lot of traffic with a lot of M/C out for the good weather. We went back by Roosevelt Lake which is still pretty full, down a bit though, coming from the South we meet a lot of bikes. We rode 229 miles and got home around 1:30 p.m.

WED 10/25/23

Sorry Angels, that this is late. We had 4bikes with one lady angel. We left the station around 8:00 a.m. Gary and Laure lead us with Dennis on the tail. They took us down Ironwood, back way to downtown Casa Grande. We parked across the street of the restaurant, It was small. I don't think it could hold more than a group of ten, I'm not really sure. They are famous for their cinnamon french toast, We got home around 1:00. There will be pic. following if I can figure it out.

Saturday 10/21/23

There were only four riders at the station today, I had to be back for an airport run at 12:30. We decided to go to Maria's number 2, that's what I call it. Gary Knudson leads, then Dan Knorr, and me, with Dennis Mc Kinney doing our tail. We all had a good meal, then headed home, No one needed fuel so, we all headed to Globe. Had a little traffic, but got thur just find. Then at home with no stops, I was home in time to change, and pick up the four people, and get them to the airport on time. We rode over 150 miles and were home at 11:15 Thanks Guys. Hope to see more riders Wed, 10/25 at 8:00 a.m.

Hey Paul sorry I'm late with this. Six of us arrived at the station for the 8:00 departure. We chose to go to Judy's Cook House in Globe and then on to 288 up to the top of the mtn where the pavement ends then turn around. There were three new riders with Max,  Dan and myself. We had a bike problem, one would nort start but managed to push start it and when we stopped for fuel picked up jumper cables and made it the rest of the way home no problem.  Total miles 226, average speed 56.2 was back home around 2:00 pm.
I won't be there Wednesday but will be Saturday.
Thanks Paul

Saturday was to be a good ride,( WRONG) Dan and Chris were ready, and Bobbie and I were dressed and ready too BUT when I went out to get on my Bike, the darn battery was deader than, a doornail. So Bobbie and I decided to drive our car. Dan said that would work for them. So off we went with Me in the lead. We went the back way to brown, then Elswort, to Bush Hy-way, to 87 Hy-way, and to We Ko Pa Golf Course. We did see some horses taking their morning bath just north of the bridge. After our big breakfast and on top of the hill behind the little ranch, just before the turn onto the Bush hy-way and home. It has about 11:00 a.m. Max called and said his Trik should be here after the 1st of Oct.
