There was 5 bike and one lady angel for a great day for an M/C ride. We decided on Maria's in Winkelman. With Dan Knorr leading and Paul B on the tail. We hit the 60 East at 9:00 am. It was a beautiful day on the way. When we turned onto 77 at Surpior there was a sign stating the road will close from April 4 to April 11, with delays of up to 20 min. We arrived at Maria's where we got seated and our orders are taken. After our meal, we headed S/W on 177 to 79. Near Mammoth, we passed Yellow Poppies in patches was a good sign of spring. We turned North on 79 onto Florence Where we slowed up for backup traffic for the bridge Is still under construction. Onto the 60 West and home, I showed 167 miles on my speedo, the time arrived home around 1:15 Sat ride at 9:00 am will depend on the weather.
I got a note from Phil and the trip was great. P.S. Jeannie is doing better now. I hope the card from Blue's Angels helped some. pulse calls from Phil.
